Software Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the SportaFrame software and services provided by ART NETWORKS ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the SportaFrame software and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms and Conditions.

2. License to Use the Software

SportaFrame is a content management system (CMS) developed for PHP 8.3. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software for the creation and customization of a single website for a single entity (such as a personal website, organization, sport club, or company), subject to the following terms:

• You are not allowed to share, distribute, sell, or modify the software in any manner.
• You may only use the software on one domain and must register the domain with ART NETWORKS.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to decrypt the software.

3. Account and Website Use

To access the configuration panel and upload content to your website, you must create an account and provide accurate information, including the domain name of the website. You agree to:

• Keep your login information confidential.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the Service in a manner that could harm, disable, or impair the Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• To distribute malware, engage in phishing or any other malicious activities.
• To upload or share any illegal, defamatory, or offensive content.
• To attempt to bypass any security features or interfere with the proper working of the Service.
• In any way that violates the End User License Agreement (EULA).

5. Content Upload and Data Collection

The Service allows you to upload text, files, images, audio, and video to customize your website. When users of your website (the public) submit inquiries via the contact form, the following data may be collected and sent to your email:

• First name
• Last name
• Email address
• Message subject and content

We collect the owner’s name, email, and domain information for administrative purposes, and this data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Software Updates

From time to time, we may release updates for the software, including bug fixes, new features, and security patches. These updates may be automatically installed via the configuration panel. We reserve the right to update the software at any time, and your continued use of the software after such updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The software and all associated intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of ART NETWORKS. You agree not to remove any proprietary notices or credits associated with the software. Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding the software or its features will not entitle you to any compensation or credit.

• License key
• Domain names used
• Email entered in the admin panel
• Software version and other technical data

This information is sent to our servers to verify the legal use of the software. Any attempt to block or tamper with this data collection is prohibited.

9. Security and Privacy

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you acknowledge that no system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We are not responsible for any data breaches resulting from unauthorized access to the software or website.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms and Conditions, the EULA, or any applicable laws. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the software and destroy any copies in your possession.
